Science-slashing budget will make America weak, sick & stupid: physicist says

President Donald Trump’s proposed budget cuts to climate science, health and the arts would make the United States “weak,” “sick” and “stupid,” renowned physicist Neil deGrasse Tyson said.

Tyson also alleged that Trump was trying to transform the EPA into the “Environmental Destruction Agency,” which would thwart Earth’s life-support systems.

He further added that ignoring climate change would allow glaciers to melt at a faster rate, flooding the world’s coastal cities in particular.

President Trump's administration has announced relatively mild budget cuts for NASA but some ambitious projects have been declined for future funding.
