The American Psychiatric Association (APA) has warned its members not to psychoanalyze President Donald Trump, saying it breeches the organization’s code of ethics.
The APA issued the warning after multiple psychologists psychoanalyzed Mr. Trump’s behavior, and claimed that he is a psychopath or a sociopath – terms that are often misunderstood. Some professional psychologists claimed that Mr. Trump is suffering from a personality disorder.

President Trump is facing many protests across the United States for recent executive orders he has passed. Now, his opponents have started many petitions to term him incapable of leading the United States on psychiatric grounds. A new letter to editor of The New York Times, published by the newspaper has claimed that on psychiatric grounds, Donald Trump is not capable of leading the country. The NY Times report added that many mental health professionals have disregarded the ethics and have commented on mental health of President Trump.

Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas), the chairman of the House Science Committee, has hailed the controversial report in which a British newspaper claimed that U.S. climate scientists exaggerated data to “dupe” world leaders into accepting the Paris Climate Agreement.
The report published by the Daily Mail cited a former NOAA researcher outlining concerns that data used in a major 2015 climate change study was exaggerated. Dr. John Bates reportedly told the Daily Mail that the study’s lead author was rushed out so that it could have an impact on international climate negotiations.

Amid uncertainty over the future of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which is commonly known as Obamacare, the fourth open-enrollment period closed at midnight Tuesday.
It is still uncertain how much the Trump administration’s actions to undercut the law had affected the number of people signing up for health insurance plans under ACA; but it is certain that fewer people purchased new plans.

While Trump has long been a vocal opponent of the notion of man-made global warning, Musk has been an ardent supporter of the idea that man-made global warming is a real threat to humanity. Nevertheless, Musk has endorsed former ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson, a global warming skeptic, as Secretary of State.

The Trump administration is scrutinizing the website of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to determine which climate data will remain, while new studies have been placed under a temporary hold.
Doug Ericksen, communications director for President Trump's transition team at EPA, confirmed on Wednesday that the newly-launched review extends to all existing climate change and other scientific data on the agency's website.

U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday reinstated a controversial policy that prohibits the granting of American foreign aid to health providers abroad who consider the procedure of abortion as a family-planning option.
The U.S. law already prohibits the use of taxpayer dollars for abortion services, even in countries where abortion is legal. But Trump’s executive order expanded the prohibition by freezing aid to nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) in poor nations if they offer abortion counseling or advocate the right to seek abortion.

A recently discovered tiny moth that has helmet-like cluster of yellow-white scales atop its head has been named after President-elect Donald Trump, the journal ZooKeys reported.
Dr. Vazrick Nazari, an evolutionary biologist from Ottowa, Canada, said the moth with a wingspan of merely 0.4 inches encouraged them to name it Neopalpa donaldtrumpi because it has yellow and white scales on its head resembling Trump’s signature hairstyle.

British climate scientists have urged Prime Minister Theresa May to press U.S. President-elect Donald Trump to acknowledge risks being posed by climate change and support international efforts to tackle global warming.
In a letter written to Mrs. May on Monday, a group of 100 climate scientists said there were real threats to Britain’s interests from Mr. Trump’s victory in November.
