Richard's new memoir "An Appetite for Wonder" describes his past religious life in his story.

He narrates his story by saying that he lived very pious life. He prayed every night on his knees. He dreamt regularly of an angel blessing on him.

When his apparition came, he was surprised after seeing a man having long beard, who helps him understand about the evolution of human beings. That Englishman was further recalled as Charles Darwin.

The annual pre-Nobel Prize study has named Nanoscientist Chad A. Mirkin as Thomson Reuters Citation Laureate 2013. This study is called as "Thomson Reuters Predicts Nobel Laureates".

At present, Chad A. Mirkin is the Director of International Institute for Nanotechnology at Northwestern University and is known worldwide for his distinguished contributions in the field of nanotechnology. He is also known for his extraordinary work in DNA nanotechnology.

MacArthur 'Genius Grant' Includes Stanford and Berkeley researchers

The names among the Bay Area recipients of this year's MacArthur Foundation `genius grants' were announced on Wednesday. The names also included a physicist, an ecologist and a botanist from the Bay area. The physicist was awarded for extracting the first-ever recorded tune and the ecologist for revealing that climate change is hurting crops. The Botanist received the award for studying how ancient plants altered our world.
